Suggestions:
-Avoid using oil soaps on all finishes. The reason is because we might not be able to fix your floor without sanding.
-Stains by water or animals can be softened or removed.
-Use felt or EZ Glides on the bottom of furniture
-Buff and recoat floors when scratches start to show light grey.(Every five-eight years)
-Finishes last 15 years or so depending on conditions.
